II. Update to March 20 and 22, 2013 EGISM Blog Posts:
In this second update, a launched inquiry of the Keystone XL Pipeline Environmental Report is currently taking place. At issue is not only the environmental objections published by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on April 22, 2013 (document link provided below), but also the possible conflict of interest between TransCanada and ERM. This conflict is clearly shown in the provided document entitled "Appendix A: Relevant ERM Experience - The Equator Principles", where on page 3, ERM names TransCanada as a client amongst others in its "Select Client - Corporate" list.
