B. Update to the March 2, 2013 post regarding the recent STARRH versus Aera Energy litigation in Kern County Superior Court in California.
The first link is to an article written by Erik

reports the Kern County Superior Court decision made in Fred STARRH’s continued
pursuit of punitive damages from Aera Energy LLC due to their polluting the
groundwater aquifer beneath his farm land.
